This website is hosted by Fly.io, Inc. (2045 West Grand Avenue, Suite B, Chicago, IL 60612, USA); delivery happens primarily via servers in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. When you visit the website, the hosting provider processes technically necessary connection data (in particular IP address, date and time of access, requested URL, user agent) to deliver the website and to ensure the security and stability of the service.

The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and reliable operation of the website). Insofar as data is transferred to the USA, the transfer is based on the standard contractual clauses of the EU Commission.
